The Bloggers Ball 2017 ||Event||Goodie Bags & Give aways ||

Wonita Christine says: Theres nothing like kick starting your summer by attending an amazing event. On June 10th I attended the 2017 bloggers ball hosted by Scarlett Events.

Fashion Details:

Little Black Dress: House of CB.

It’s essential that every womans waldrope contains her very own little black dress. They’re so versatile and perfect for any occasion, sophistication at it’s best I say.

Salmon Pink Shoes: New Look.

Unless you’re attending a funeral all black everything is not necessary. Why not spice up your outfit by adding a pop of colour like I did.

Black Clutch Bag:BooHoo

Borrowed

Jewellery Colour Choice: Silver.

Silver to me represents elegance and gold represents bold statement. Because my dress was already enough to make me stand out I choose elegant silver. I also had the perfect silver pendant necklace to go with it but I couldn’t find it.

Hair: Tied Back

I decided to have my hair out of my face because I didn’t want it bothering me and I knew I would meeting people therefore I wanted to be comfortable and confident.

Cocktails on Taps

On Thursday the 1st of june I was invited to an event at the Oast House in Manchester to sample their new range of cocktails. To my surprise I was entertained all evening with 8 cocktails to try, fun drunk bloggers to meet, and Oasts innovative idea to serve cocktails from tap. This is for all my readers who love a good cocktail on a night out or an evening out. Afterall this could be a new trend to shake the cocktail industry . Also if you’re located in the north west area close to Manchester or Liverpool  you can check it out yourself. Continue reading “Cocktails on Taps”

BAM Film Production Launch Party

There is a New film production company rising!

Former Eastenders star Bunmi Mojekwu decided to create her own independent film production company. On Wednesday the 10th of February 2016 she hosted a launch party in trendy Shorditch which I attended.  Whilst on Eastenders she attended university. Her strong work ethic and determination lead her to create, and develop a new company. In a compelling speech that captured all guests who attended, Mojekwu described the trials and tribulations she came to face. From being told, there was no market for such a company, to even wanting to host this event in the previous year and having it fall through. I know this feeling too well sometimes it’s just not in the cards for that moment however the cards never change. Mojekwu made it very clear that there needs to be a change in the way Black people are represented in British TV.

This is the start of something great…..(read more below picture) Continue reading “BAM Film Production Launch Party”
